Affordable Art Fair, Singapore 2013, Photo Contest

We are giving away 10 pairs of tickets, for you and a friend, to party at the Affordable Art Fair, Singapore 2013 ArtyLicious Evening. 10 most interesting photos* will each receive 1 pair of ticket to ArtyLicious Evening (20th November 2013).

*Photos will be selected by Artitute’s Lady Boss

Simply email us 1 photo taken at the previous Affordable Art Fair in Singapore, and email us with your full particulars. Contest ends on Monday, 11th November 2013.

Contest Terms and Conditions:

Qualifying Entrants

1. The Contest is open only to Singapore residents and permanent residents only. Entrants under the age of thirteen (13) years old must seek parental and/or guardian consent before participating in the Contest.
2. Employees and volunteers of Artitute and The Affordable Art Fair, their advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

Contest Entries

1. The Contest is valid from 1 November 2013 to 11 November 2013 .
2. Contest entries must be completed in full and made in the manner specified on the Contest Form by the closing date.
3. Contestant must ensure they are owners of the image they submit for the contest.
4. All entries must be received before 23:59 hours on 11 November 2013 (GMT +08:00).
5. Only one entry per entrant will be accepted.By submitting the contest entries, each participant thereby (a) specifically authorizes Artitute to use and publish your images on Artitute.com and Artitute’s Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Flickr and Instagram) and newsletter; (b) represents and warrants that all elements contained in the contest entry (i) is original to the participant or fully cleared for use as contemplated herein, (ii) does and will not, in any way, violate or breach any of the terms of any other agreement the participant may be a party to, (iii) shall not require Artitute to pay or incur any sums to any person or entity as a result of Artitute’s use or exploitation of the same.
6. Representatives of Artitute will pick the best photos amongst all eligible entries as the (i) top 5 winners; (ii) 5 consolation winners. Artitute’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained about Artitute’s decision.
7. Artitute reserves the right to decide on the schedule and period the entries are published.

Prizes

1. Prizes are are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
2. Top 10  winners will reach eceive, 1 pair of Arty-Licious Tickets, valued at SGD $25/-per ticket.
3. Prize will be mailed to the winners by Singapore postal mail. Artitute is not responsible for any loss of mail incurred by the postal mail service provider or incorrect address provided by the contestants, contestants ensure that the addresses are correct at the date and time of submission.
4. The winners of the contest will be announced on http://68.183.232.156 and https://www.facebook.com/ArtituteArt, and a prize notification email will be sent on 12 November 2013. The winner will be required to acknowledge by return email latest by 12 November 2013. Artitute reserves the right to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit.
