Whimsical, funny and cute. These are the words I would describe the cats of Catmasutra at the latest exhibition at Utterly Art. Back for it’s 7th edition, aptly named, 7th Heaven, Paul Koh of Catmasutra, created a new series of paintings by merging his two house cats, Halo and Angel who are the inspiration behind the Catmasutra paintings.
At 7th Heaven, we can see the mischievous and whimsical traits of a cat. Living its carefree life by rubbing itself against a pair of sexy legs, popping out from a bowl of ramen and demonstrating the art of free falling. Subtle hints of reminders telling us to take life easy and with a positive attitude.
With it’s eyes shut and a broad Cheshire cat smile, Catmasutra’s cats brings smile to even the non cat lover. You will hear “Awws” and squeals of “So cute!” from the visitors. The handsome and aloof artist, Paul Koh, sure knows how to melt the ladies hearts with his fun and loveable paintings.
