The Human Archive Project by Singapore-based artist Nicola Anthony provides a glimpse into the inner worlds of people from different walks of life – the elderly, prison inmates, youths with chronic illnesses, trauma-based families, migrant workers and members of the public – and reveals the threads of commonalities that exist despite our differences.
Featuring ink and incense-burned drawings, and suspended text sculptures, the Human Archive Project examines how people experience time differently, and reveal the secret voices of the disenfranchised individuals and communities.
